Princeton Place of Wiggins Bay
Princeton Palace is a subdivision comprised by five distinct mid-rise condominium developments located among a ten acre expanse nestled along Wiggins Bay. Princeton Place was developed throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s yet over the few years that have passed, many of the condos have undergone enhancements in upgrades and interior elements. Most Princeton Place condos accommodate two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living area exceeding 1,300 square-feet. Each of the high rises in Princeton Place has its own distinct nuances, including its own homeowner association. HOA fees typically figure a little more than $1,300 for the year, which is uncommonly low for Naples, but moreso when considering the range of amenities at Princeton Place.
