Bequia, developed in 2000, was the second of the five condominium high rises constructed in the community of Cove Towers. Like the Aruba tower, Bequia faces westward toward Wiggins Bay and the Gulf of Mexico which ultimately allows for incredible views, especially at sunset. This 15-story high-rise features residences that respectively accommodate from 1,600 square-feet to 1,900 square-feet of living area. The two penthouse units are, however, larger.

Pet Friendly

Bequia is a pet friendly community. Residents are allowed to keep either one dog OR up to two cats. Dogs are not to exceed heights of 15 inches at maturity (as measured from shoulder). Only the owners of a residential unit are permitted to have pets. The privilege is not granted for tenants. Both dogs and cats are to be leashed or carried under their owner’s arm at all times within common areas of the community.

Bequia Amenities

As a resident of Bequia, you’ll enjoy access to Cove Towers’ swimming pool, fitness and dining venue. However, there are also memberships to the Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club. This comes with amenities in tennis, swimming, dining, and other amenities. Residents also have the boat shuttle that transports passengers to nearby beaches.
