The Aruba Tower was the first condominium high-rise constructed within the Naples Wiggins Bay area. Built in 1999, Aruba faces west and offers a pristine view of the bay. Aruba Tower has 15 stories of residences which offer living area ranging respectively from 1,650 to 1,750 square-feet, and upper level penthouses are even larger.
Bequia Tower, constructed in 2000, was the second condominium tower developed. Like Aruba, it also faces west to impart excellent views of the bay. Residences here are slightly larger, typically ranging from 1,600 to 1,900 square-feet. Larger upper-level penthouses are usually arger.
Caribe, the third tower to be built, was developed in 2001. This 15 story building faces southwest towards the gulf of Mexico and Wiggins Preserve. These residences are the largest of the trio, and range from 1,800 to 2,500 square-feet. As with others, the upper-level penthouses.
Montego, the fourth high-rise condominium building, was finished in 2002. There are a total of 58 residences in this building, or four units per floor. Each home provides a private elevator and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Living area ranges from 2,400 to 2,650 square-feet.
Nevis Tower, developed in 2003, is both the youngest and grandest of the condominium towers. It stand 18 stories high. Nevis features many of the same amenities as Montego, yet residences are larger. These typically ranging from 2,600 to 2,700 square-feet.
