Naples Real Estate Market
The Naples real estate market remains hot, and no, this is not a reference to seasonal weather patterns, but rather recognition of what a busy time it has been with respect to real estate sales. The Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) has just furnished the data relative to April 2018 vs that of April 2017. Overall, sales activity within the Naples real estate market has increased. Closed sales on condos as well as single-family homes have respectively increased by 6% and 11%. The median closed price on home has increased by 3%, now totaling a value of $365,000. Overall pending sales have also increased by 5%.
For home sellers in the Naples real estate market, there is more in the way of good news. April data suggests a 2% percent drop in overall inventory as well as 2% drop in the days on market for listings. Given the drop in inventory and data indicating buyers are responding a bit more quickly to opportunities, this may well represent an optimum time to list your home for sale.
